Rebels fall in three straight games

The Carroll Academy Rebels had a tough week on the diamond as they were swept for the second straight week.

The Rebels lost 8-2 to Winston on Tuesday and then dropped both games of a doubleheader on Wednesday, falling 13-13 and 14-2.

Stars add two tennis wins

The Winona Christian tennis team stayed unbeaten as they added two more wins to their total as they prepare for the district tennis tournament.

The Stars took a 5-4 win over Canton Academy on Monday and then hammered Greenville Christian 8-1 on Friday.

Winona Christian bounces back
