A Winona man is facing statutory rape charges.
According to Winona Police Captain Dan Herod, chief investigator for the Winona Police Department, Jerral Easterwood, 30, of Winona has been charged with five counts of statutory rape of a minor under the age of 16.
Herod said Easterwood was arrested Friday.
