A Vaiden woman had her day in Carroll County Justice Court, Southern District, in Vaiden on several ongoing battles.
In the first case, Circuit Court Judge Joey Loper heard the case of Johnny Burrell. Jackie McKinney of Vaiden had filed the charges against Burrell for simple assault.
