Drug possession lands two men in jail

Two Montgomery County men are in the Vaiden jail facing drug charges.
Winona police arrested a man identified as Joey Glenn Johnson, 25 of Winona, on Oct. 3 for possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine while patrolling Summit Street near Winona City Hall, according to a statement released by Chief Roshaun Daniels.

Cruger man leads police on high-speed chase

A Cruger man is in the Carroll Montgomery Regional Correctional Facility on bond after trying to flee Winona police.
Authorities arrested a man identified as Dangelo Deunta Jobe, 25, on Oct. 4 and charged him with felony fleeing and driving under the influence, first offense, according to Chief Roshaun Daniels.
