The Winona Fire Department responded to a house fire at 612 Alice Lane at 5:53 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 16. The unoccupied property had been slated for condemnation and was addressed during a public hearing at the Jan. 21 City of Winona Board of Aldermen meeting. At that time, the Board granted property owners 90 days to demolish the structure.
