Michael Fleming, 37, of Winona was sentenced to 84 months of incarceration followed by four years of supervised release for possessing with intent to distribute over 50 grams of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance. U.S. District Court Judge Glen Davidson imposed the sentence on Jan. 17.
