The Winona slow-pitch softball team came out swinging against Bruce, rolling to a 16-9 win.
“We hit the ball really well. We had 19 hits,” said coach Steven Helms.
Tommesha Brown and McCayla Helms each had two doubles and a triple, Madison Mills two triples and a single and Allyn-Claire Gant two doubles and a single.
