The festival – and show – in Vaiden must roll on, and although it hit a slight snag, the Vaiden Heritage Festival is still ongoing.
Originally scheduled for Oct. 20, the festival was pushed back because of heavy rain. Mayor Mel Hawthorne said he got excited when he noticed the rain had come, but his excitement didn’t last too long.
