Patrick Roy, a 17-year-old junior from J.Z. George High School, has always had a fondness for art. It’s in his blood. He said his dad Larry Roy was once a tattoo artist and is also a master carpenter. His cousin Haley Carroll owns a tattoo shop in Winona.
For him, art in some form has always been a part of his life.
