According to a Press Release from Police Chief Roshaun Daniels, at approximately 3:39 p.m. this afternoon, Winona Police Department officers were dispatched to 407 Sterling Ave. in response to reports of gunfire. When they arrived, they found a black male with several gunshot wounds in the driveway.
