A patient with a gunshot wound was transported to Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital following an incident on Allen Street in Winona at approximately 12:50 p.m. this afternoon.
Winona Police Department, Montgomery County Sheriffs Office, and MedStat Emergency Medical Services responded to the scene.
