A Kilmichael man and a Duck Hill woman appeared in Justice Court on Tuesday for their secondary and initial hearings respectively.
The Kilmichael man, Patrick Christy, returned to court after the previously reported initial hearing regarding charges filed against him by a neighbor, Jason Rosen.

Two Winona men fail to flee authorities

A Winona man charged with felony identity theft attempted to escape authorities.
Marcus Brown tried to get away on the same day he collapsed of an apparent seizure in Municipal Court on Jan. 26.
“I suppose that was his attempt at [winning] an Oscar,” said Winona Capt. Matt Milletello “He failed.”

Marshall passes goal
