Three people had their initial appearances before Judge Alan D. Lancaster in the Winona Municipal Court Thursday.
Charron Boyd of Winona is charged with two counts of aggravated assault. The same case went before Lancaster perviously, but the wrong person stood accused of the crime.
Boyd went before Lancaster for his initial appearance. His original bond was set at $100,000 by Judge Bond. His bond was reduced to $10,000.
Also, James McClain of Winona went before Lancaster for an initial appearance. McClain is was arrested Feb. 20 for operating a motor vehicle or motorcycle on a street or highway with nitrous oxide (3rd offense) which is a felony.
Deborah Burkett of Vaiden also had an initial appearance for felony driving while under the influence. Lancaster will hear all cases on March 12.
