Lancaster also heard the cases of Tammie Profit, Shamakia Elder and Antonio Fredrick. The case stemmed from a physical fight that occurred. Lancaster has a strict rule about fighting in the street. However, according to Daigenault, who represented Fredrick, the fight occurred in a secluded area. Lancaster reluctantly granted a motion dropping charges on each case.
