A Winona man has been bound over to the action of the Montgomery County Grand Jury.
TaKorey Hudson, Winona, was charged with shooting into a dwelling in connection with an incident that occurred on May 22 on Campbell Street.
Hudson went before Muncipal Court Judge Alan D. Lancaster for his initial hearing where he chose to waive his right to an perliminary trial.
According to Officer Orlando Bolden of the Winona Police Department, officers responded to a call of a drive-by shooting around 2 a.m. on May 22. He said upon arrival, officers discovered a residence on the 800 block of Campbell Street was struck multiple times by bullets. No one inside the home was hurt in the shooting, he said.
“It is still under investigation,” Bolden said.
