Recently, I quoted the great Winnie the Pooh in this very column. Today, another of Pooh’s quotes is fitting.

On January 8, my father passed away. If you are a regular reader of this column, you know how much I adored Daddy -- how much everyone adored my Daddy.
I wrote about Daddy often, and I plan to share with you my favorite memories of him in the near future. I just can’t right now.
Today, I want to say thank you. Thank you for your prayers and thoughts and concerns and friendship. I can’t express how much it meant to me to feel so many from this community praying for my father and my family during Daddy’s brief illness and his passing. Your prayers were blessings to me and my family.
According to Pooh, love is something you can’t see. Love is something you feel. Well, I felt you. Thank you, again.
