These certificates can be redeemed at several business within the county by January 31, 2026, which is the deadline.

Both counties were host to toy drives throughout the year in preparation for their regular Christmas events. For Montgomery County this event was the annual Toys for Tots event at the Winona National Guard Armory. For Carroll County this event was the fifth annual KAKE Fund Christmas Toy Drive. Despite these events being hosted in Carroll and Montgomery Counties, their reach touched the hearts of families far beyond just these two counties.
