The Winona High School girls and boys soccer teams bowed out of the MHSAA Class I playoffs with losses in the first round Friday night at Tiger Stadium.
The Lady Tigers took on Mooreville High School and dropped a 7-0 decision to the Lady Troopers. Winona ends its season with an 11-5 overall record.
The Tigers played well in their playoff contest against Tupelo Christian Preparatory School, falling 3-1. TJ Small scored the lone goal for Winona, which ends at 9-7 overall.
In games from Jan. 28 against Kemper County, the Lady Tigers won 7-0 as Mary Beth Brannon and Lilly Chandler scored three goals each. Anna Beth Walton tallied one goal, and Walton and Amarria Tidwell had an assist each. The Lady Tigers went 5-1 in Region 4, Class I.
The Tigers beat Kemper 3-1 as Kason Harper had two goals, and Small tallied one score. The Tigers were 4-2 in Region 4 play.
