The Winona High School archery team completed its season this past week with a third-placing showing in the AIMS State 3A Tournament at the Mississippi Trade Mart in Jackson.
The Tigers had 2,724 team points. West Marion High School was first with 3,131 points, and Franklin County second with 3,047 points. Madison St. Joe was fourth with 2,708 points, and Magee High was fifth with 2,701 points. Yazoo County was sixth with 2,596 points, and Clarkdale High was last with 2,594 points.
