The Winona High School girls and boys track teams captured first place at the Region 4-3A meet held last Friday in Winona.
In the girls division, Winona tallied 138 points to easily outdistance second-place East Webster, which had 92 points. Mooreville came in third with 60 points, and Aberdeen was fourth with 46 points. Nettleton was fifth with 21 points.
In the boys division, Winona finished with 129 points, and Mooreville came in second with 92 points. Aberdeen was third with 51 points, and East Webster was fourth with 48 points. Nettleton as fifth with 39 points.
Winona will host the Super Regional 2-3A meet Thursday.
