In exactly 12 more days, Valentine’s Day will be here. It is a worldwide celebration that falls on the 14th of February every year. This will be a time that expressions of love are shown to those special persons or family members by giving gifts or displaying other acts kindness.
Many will be disappointed and feel unloved, simply because they didn’t receive that special gift, card or call. Love is not always based on material things.
According to 1 Corinthians 13:4-5, Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
If the feeling of hurt or betrayal ever come into mind, in reference to love, always remember:
Jesus Loves Me
Jesus loves me!
This I know,
For the Bible tells me so.
Little ones to Him belong;
They are weak but He is strong.
Jesus loves me!
Loves me still,
Though I'm very weak and ill,
That I might from sin be free,
Bled and died upon the tree.
Jesus loves me!
He who died
Heaven's gate to open wide;
He will wash away my sin,
Let His little child come in.
Jesus loves me!
He will stay
Close beside me all the way.
Thou hast bled and died for me;
I will henceforth live for Thee.
Chorus
Yes, Jesus loves me!
Yes, Jesus loves me!
Yes, Jesus loves me!
The Bible tells me so.

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends (John
15:13), reminds You! You! and You! that you are loved not just one day, but 365.
