CA falls to Kirk, prepares for Magnolia Heights

From the opening kick, the tide of momentum was against the Carroll Academy Rebels.
Kirk recovered the opening kick, grabbing the early momentum and used that to take a 20-8 win over Carroll on Friday night.
Carroll is now 1-1 on the season and will travel to Magnolia Heights on Friday night.

Rebels win over Stars

Carroll Academy coach Bo Milton was not happy with his team after the preseason jamboree at Tri-County Academy.
But the Rebels rebounded from that poor effort and took a dominating 50-0 win over Winona Christian on Friday night to open the season for both teams.
Milton said the preseason jamboree was a wakeup call for his team.

Lady Stars pick up win over Lady Rebels

The Winona Christian Lady Stars picked up a big district win this past week.
The Lady Stars beat rival Carroll 13-4 on Tuesday and were leading Benton 8-0 when the game was called.
On Saturday, Winona lost a pair of games to Tri-County, 3-0 and 6-0.
