Ware Class 3A state champ for Lady Stars

The Winona Christian track season came to an end last week.
Winona Christian’s Hanna Ware brought home the school’s only state championship at the MAIS Class 3A meet as she won the girls’ 400-meter dash and finished second in the girls’ 200-meter dash, getting beat by fractions of a second.

Carroll Academy finish in top six at North State

The Carroll Academy girls finished sixth in the Class 4A North State meet with 18.5 points but didn’t have any individual championships.
In the 100-meter dash, Carroll’s Meri Brynn Reeves was seventh with a time of 13.74.
