On Friday, March 28 at 6:19 p.m., Carroll County Deputies responded to a farming accident at a farm on Hwy 35 north of Carrollton. When they arrived, first responders discovered an injured Howard Leland Jones III, age 70, of Highway 35, Carrollton. Later in the evening, Jones succumbed to the injuries.
