Dawn at the farm

Inherited habits

I am always comparing one of our children to one of their ancestors as I see a particular trait displayed. For instance, our middle son looks so much like one of Roy’s brothers that it’s uncanny. Our oldest is more like me and our girl is JUST like me in looks and actions.

A birthday to remember

WOW, WHAT A BIRTHDAY!

My day began as usual - making breakfast, cleaning house, washing and out of the ordinary, peeling and freezing a bushel of cling peaches from our one lone fruit tree. Lots of birthday wishes from friends and family throughout the day and then, and then a SURPRISE PARTY AT THE JEFFERSON STREET SOCIAL!
