What began as a routine stop for speeding led to a high-speed chase that began on Highway 51 in Winona and ended on East Monroe Street in Grenada.
Winona Police Chief Roshaun Daniels said Deandre Mitchell, 30, of Winona, was arrested for felony fleeing, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and other misdemeanor charges.
