District offering two options to return to school

The Carroll County School District is planning on traditional face-to-face instruction or a hybrid of face-to-face and distance learning for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year. The district approved its plan during the monthly meeting on July 9 held at the J.Z. George High School Band Hall.
