On Wednesday, Jan. 31, William Earl Murray, also known as “Big Earl”, received a ten-year prison sentence for his involvement in the distribution of a controlled substance. Murray, 48, of Winona, had previously pleaded guilty to one count of distributing 50 grams or more of methamphetamine, according to court documents.
