Winona welcomes Townsend for book signing

The Friends of the Winona-Montgomery County Library hosted a special event featuring acclaimed author and Winona native Joe Townsend on Tuesday, Sept. 24, at the Performing Arts Center. Townsend delighted attendees with a book signing for his latest work, “Boarding House Tales,” drawing a wonderful crowd from across the community.
