Summit Street came alive Monday evening, Dec. 16, as the Winona Beautification Committee hosted the City’s annual Christmas parade. More than 70 local businesses, organizations, and churches delighted spectators who lined the streets, showering them with candy and holiday cheer during the festive procession.
