Friday, Dec. 13 Montgomery and Carroll County communities came together under the mission of giving back. Both counties were host to toy drives throughout the year in preparation for their regular Christmas events. For Montgomery County this event was the annual Toys for Tots event at the Winona National Guard Armory.
