Alderman Tommy Goodman presented a proposal during the Town of Carrollton’s January meeting to inspect the second floor of the historic Town Hall, which is crumbling and becoming a hazard.
Goodman’s proposal was from W. Mark Watson, PE, LLC, out of Tupelo.
