I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth (Psalms 34:1).
The psalmist reminds us that God is worthy to be praised regardless of our circumstances and regardless of the time. Praise Him in the morning, praise Him in the noonday, praise Him all day long!
