The Winona Christian Stars opened up the baseball season with a pair of blowout wins, scoring 38 runs in two games.
The Stars opened with a 22-0 no-hit win over Jackson Victors and then beat North Delta 16-9.
Winona Christian is scheduled to play a two-game series with Marshall Academy, hosting the Patriots on Tuesday and traveling to Holly Springs on Friday.

The Stars opened the season with a no hitter against the Victors on Tuesday.
After scoring one in the first inning, Winona Christian rolled for 21 runs in the second inning.
Winona only had eight hits but took advantage of 12 walks, three errors and three hit batters.
Blake Cooper was 3-for-3 with a triple, three runs scored and three RBIs. Dalton Wiggins was 2-for-2 with two walks and four runs scored. Steele Mims singled, scored twice and drove in three runs while Morgan Nance doubled, scored twice and had two RBIs. Hayden Self, Lane Beckwith, Davis Dew and Sam Thompson each scored two runs apiece.
Parker Bledsoe pitched both innings, striking out all six batters he faced on 26 pitches.
Winona Christian 16, North Delta 9
After giving up first-inning lead, the Stars scored 10 unanswered runs and took a seven-run win over the Irish on Thursday.
Winona led 6-2 after the first inning before North Delta scored six runs in the top of the third to lead 8-6. But it was all Winona after that as the Stars scored three in the third, two in the fourth, four in the fifth and one in the sixth to take the win.
Winona outhit North Delta 14-8 in the contest as the Stars had six batters with multiple hits. Austin Winters was 2-for-3 with four RBIs while Steele Mims was 2-for-3 with two doubles. Dalton Wiggins was 2-for-5 with a double and three runs scored while Blake Cooper was 2-for-4 with two runs scored and two RBIs. Trace Carpenter was 2-for-4 with two RBIs while Parker Bledsoe had two walks and scored twice. Hayden Self also scored twice and had three stolen bases while Wiggins and Cooper each had two stolen bases.
Collin Parkinson got the start and pitched 2 1/3 innings and gave up four runs on one hit and three walks. Self got one out and allowed four runs on three hits and three walks. Cooper came in and pitched the next 4 1/3 innings and gave up one run on four hits and two walks while striking out seven to pick up the win.
