The Paul Harris Fellow recognition acknowledges individuals that have made contributions to The Rotary
Foundation. The first Paul Harris Fellow was a Laurel.Ms Rotarian, Allison G. Brush in the 1937-38 Rotary year.
Winona Rotarians and others have contributed over $115,000 to the Rotary Foundation. Sixty-six Winona Rotarians and other members of our community have received Paul Harris Fellow recognition.
