William Otis Wiggins

William Otis Wiggins, 89, passed away at his home on Thursday, February 6, 2020 surrounded by his family.

Sevices will be at Malmaison Baptist Church, Sunday, Feb. 9, 2020. Visitation will be from 1:30 PM until service time 3:00 PM at the church. Burial will follow in Malmaison Baptist Cemetery. Rev. Eddie Carpenter, Rev. Gary Tanner and Rev. Lanny Haley will officiate the services.

Mr. Wiggins was born August 19, 1930 and was a lifelong resident of Carroll County where he worked for himself in the gravel business before taking a job with MDOT from which he retired.

He is survived by his two daughters, Becky Haley (Lanny), and Brenda Tanner (Gary); four sons, Wayne Wiggins, Mike Wiggins, Bobby Wiggins (Melissa), and Frankie Wiggins (Gina); brothers, Larry Wiggins, Thomas Wiggins, Kenny Wiggins, and Lloyd Wiggins; sisters, Barbara Gregg and Louise Harris; nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

The Rev. Eddie Carpenter, Rev. Gary Tanner and Rev. Lanny Haley will officiate the services.

Pallbearers will be Lynn Haley, Bubba Tanner, Sha Wiggins, Josh Wiggins, Chris Miller and Nathan Carpenter. Honorary pallbearer will be Jake Liddell.
