Walter Lee Harris, Sr. 68, of Greenwood, died Sunday, March 15, 2020 at his residence. Services were 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 18, at Williams & Lord Funeral Home with visitation 1 p.m. until service time. Rev. Collin Montgomery officiated.
Mr. Harris was born October 13, 1951 to Ben Johnson Harris and Garnie Mae Williams Harris. He was employed by Mississippi/Tennessee Transformer before his retirement. He was a Christian and believed in the Lord.
He is survived by his son, Walter Lee Harris, Jr. and wife Amanda Ann of Greenwood; daughter, Kimberly Ann Lamb and husband Ethan of Greenwood; eleven grandchildren, Christopher Campbell, Gabrielle Turner, Trevor Malone, Seth Hoffer, Judith Harris, Jenna Harris, Claxton Wade Harris, Amanda Harris, Braxton Harris, Austin Dewett, and Bella Peacock; and two great-grandchildren, Bella Rose Chambers and Gideon Jacob Groves.
