Mr. U.L. Palmertree, 79, of Winona passed away at his home on Monday, July 27, 2020.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 30, at Hebron Cemetery near Vaiden, with Bro. Bobby Palmertree and Bro. Saxton Odom officiating.
He was born on February 10, 1941, to Johnny B. and Faye Ashley Palmertree. Mr. Palmertree was the owner and operator of Palmertree Wrecker Service in Winona and a member of Cowboy Church near Vaiden.
He was preceded in death by his son, Jeffery Wayne Palmertree; his parents; and a brother, E.L. Palmertree.
Mr. Palmertree is survived by his wife, Shirley Middleton Palmertree of Winona; two sons, Tommy Palmertree of Winona and Roger Palmertree (Judy) of McCarley; one sister, Jennifer James (Howard) of Poplar Creek; one granddaughter, Erin Dees (Mitchell); three grandsons, Cole (Jacye) McCorkle, Morgan Mills, and Mitchell Palmertree; and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Bryan Lott, Mitchell Palmertree, Morgan Mills, Mitchell Dees, Terry Flanagan, Cade Marlow, and Colby Marlow.
The family will have a private visitation.
