Stephen Wayne Allen of Vaiden, formerly of Greenville, died at his home in Vaiden on July 2, 2017. He was born in Leland on October 24, 1966. He was an aircraft painter with Leading Edge in Greenville, a member of First Assembly of God in Greenville, and a U. S. Navy veteran. Mr. Allen was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Crawford Allen; and a stepbrother, Jody Wayne Franklin.
Survivors include his son, Stephen Wayne Allen II of Perryville, Mo. mother and stepfather, Ann and Jimmy Franklin of Vaiden; brother, Stanley Robert Allen of Greenville; stepsister, Jennifer Franklin of Pearl; and stepbrothers, Jason Franklin of Pearl and Jeffrey Franklin of Vaiden.
A memorial service for Mr. Allen will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 22, at the Franklin residence in Vaiden, with Mr. Earl Franklin officiating. An online guestbook is available at www.ofhwinona.com.
