Funeral services for Robbie M. Purnell were Saturday, April 21, 2018, at 3:30 p.m. in Lizzie Sanders Memorial Chapel in Winona with J.C. Stokes. Burial followed at Alkron Cemetery in Kilmichael.
Visitation was held from 1 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Friday, April 20, 2018, at the funeral home and from 10:30 a.m. until service time prior to the funeral. There was no viewing after the eulogy.
Mrs. Purnell, 48, died Monday, April 16, 2018, at Greenwood Leflore Hospital. A care provider, she was a member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond Purnell of Winona; daughters, Laaantionette Purnell of Grenada, Desirae Purnell, and Lasonya Harris of Kilmichael; parents, Nora Harris and James Harris, Jr., of Kilmichael; sisters, Sally Hankins of Grenada and Joyce Harris of Kilmichael; brothers, James J. Harris of Tupelo and Marco Harris of Kilmichael; and two grandchildren.
Sanders and Sanders Funeral Home of Winona was in charge.
