Mrs. Pamela Kirk Tyler, 72, of Duck Hill passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2018, at the University of Mississippi Medical Center Grenada. She was born October 9, 1945, in Roswell, NM to M.W. “Lee” and Martha Rodgers Kirk. She was a 1974 graduate of Mississippi State University and taught first grade in the Grenada School District for 32 years. Pam was a member of Duck Hill Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held at 2 PM Thursday, February 22, 2018, at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service with Rev. Tim Buchanan officiated. Interment followed in the Duck Hill Cemetery. The family received friends one hour prior to the service at McKibben and Guinn.
Survivors include her husband, Tim Tyler; one daughter, Tracy Tyler Henderson (Jay) of Mobile, Ala.; two sons, Kirk Tyler (Rachel) of McCarley and Kevin Tyler (Ann-Michelle) of Brandon; one brother, Roger Kirk (Sheila) of Duck Hill; eight grandchildren, Tyler Henderson (Courtney), Victoria Little (Skye), Melia Henderson, Kirklyn Tyler, Madison Tyler, Chandler Tyler, Levi Tyler and Eli Tyler.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Pallbearers were be Jay Henderson, Tyler Henderson, Skye Little, Chandler Tyler, Kevin Tyler and Kirk Tyler.
