Graveside services for Mollye Diane Vance, of McCarley, were held at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 8, in Oakwood Cemetery in Winona. Visitation was from noon until service time at Oliver Funeral Home. The Rev. David Bartlett officiated the service.
Mollye Diane Vance, 72, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2023, at Vaiden Community Living Center in Vaiden. She was born in Greenwood, Miss. on March 8, 1951, to Arthur and Gladys Noland Vance. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her son, Doyle McKay Jr. of Carrollton; sister, Lynn Herring of Winona; brother, Billy Vance of Petit Jean, Ark.; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Ray McKay Sr.; son, Royce Carlton "Snuffy" McKay II; and brothers, Lloyd Vance and Wayne Vance.
