Lisa Hill Land, 57, passed away on Monday, December 31, 2018 at Winona Manor Nursing Home.
Visitation was from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2 at Oliver Funeral Home. Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 3 in the Oliver Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following in Woodlawn Cemetery in Grenada. Rev. Pete Heath III, assisted by Dr. David Sartin, will officiate the services.
Mrs. Land was born to Robert 'Bud" and Margaret Moore Hill in Grenada on June 15, 1961. She was a disabled receptionist for Hoover Dental Clinic in Winona and a member of Kilmichael Baptist Church.
She is survived by her Daughter, Beth Land Gregg, and husband Brandon of Winona; son, Colby Land, and wife Amy of Duck Hill; father, Robert 'Bud' Hill, and stepmother, Diane, of Kilmichael; sister, Kim McCalop of Grenada; two grandsons, Hunter Land of Winona and Brantlee Land of Duck Hill; and one grandchild on the way. She is preceded in death by her mother.
Pallbearers were Dr. Daniel Hill, Jay Bennett, Eric Bennett, Billy Wayne Donahoe, Randy 'Bubba' Smith, and Zach Dauterive. Honorary pallbearers were the Grenada Renegades 10 yo baseball travel team.
Contributions to defray funeral expenses would be greatly appreciated. Oliver Funeral Home of Winona handled the arrangements.
