Jesse Ray Willhite, 51, of Brandon passed away on April 10, 2018, after a one year battle with cancer. Graveside services were held Friday, April 13, 2018, at 3 p.m. at Teoc Presbyterian Church in Carroll County. Rev. Laney Haley officiated the service. Visitation was from 2 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. prior to services.
Jesse was a 1985 graduate of Clinton High and Jackson Beauty Academy and was employed for 16 years at Becky’s Primpin’ Parlor with his sister, Becky. Jesse was of the Baptist faith.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond E. Willhite and Estelle Beam Willhite, and one brother, Ray E. Willhite.
He is survived by three sisters, Rebecca Ann Willhite of Raymond, Dinah R. Hunt of Carrollton, and Carolyn J. Sanders and husband John of Carrollton; one nephew, Howard Brower, Jr. of Grenada; four nieces, Shanna R. Brower of Grenada, Amanda Rae Carroll and Beth Carroll of Carrollton, and Rachel Willhite of Pollock, La.; two very special uncles, George Willhite of Peel, Ark., and Walter Beam, of Greenwood; and his partner of 29 years, Glenn Marchant of Brandon.
