James Thomas "Jimmy" Gray, 70, of Memphis, Tenn., formerly of Winona, died at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis on Friday, April 27, 2018. He was born in Winona on July 4, 1947, to Zane and Merle Biggers Gray and was a 1965 graduate of Winona High School. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Jimmy is survived by his son, Clayton Gray; one grandson; two sisters, Glenda Gray and Jeanie Gray; one brother, Joe Gray; one aunt, Margie Oliver; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; and a special friend, Shara Burgess.
A private service will be held at a later date. A local service is not planned at this time.
