Helen Boyer Meeks, 95, of Jackson, formerly of Greenwood, died Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at Lakeland Nursing and Rehab.
Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 7 at McNutt Cemetery in Schlater.
Mrs. Meeks was born April 9, 1925. She was a member of St. Matthews Methodist Church in Madison. She worked at Supreme Electronics and Greenwood Leflore Hospital.
She is survived by her sons, Tommy Meeks (Ann) of Flora, Billy Meeks (Debra) of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Mike Meeks (Kim) of Dallas, Texas; daughters, Carol Meeks of San Francisco, Ca., and Gloria Jean Meeks of Mobile, Ala.; sister, Dot Broward of Longview, Texas; nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
