Services for Eloise Hood Thomas Patridge will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 14, graveside in Oakwood Cemetery in Winona with the Rev. Johnny Walker officiating. Pallbearers will be Lloyd Hood Jr., Michael Hood, Hunter Acy, Payton Acy, Josh McClamrock, and Ken Pickens.
Mrs. Patridge, age 92, died on Sunday, Jan. 8, at Greenwood Leflore Hospital.
She was born on July 11, 1930, in Winona to the late Melvin Kelly Hood and Eula Mae Hitt Hood and resided in Winona most of her life. She was a secretary for Vocational Rehabilitation Services until her retirement. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Winona. She is preceded in death by her parents; husbands, James Thomas and Cole Patridge; brother, Lloyd Hood Sr.; and two sisters, Annie Mae Blaylock and Druscilla McClure.
She is survived by two nieces, Lisa Hood (Danny) Woods and Michelle Hood (Raymond) Acy; three nephews, Bobby Gene (Sandy) Blaylock, Lloyd (Tara) Hood Jr., and Michael (Lisa) Hood; and a host of great nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s hospital or the American Heart Association.
