Mrs. Dorothy Lucille Jones, 90, of Grenada, passed away Saturday, Dec. 15, 2018 at Providence Memory Care in Grenada.
Visitation was held from noon until 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2018 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service. A graveside service immediately followed visitation in the Coffeeville Cemetery.
She was born to Elmer and Edna Aven Jones on Feb.8, 1928 in Coffeeville. She had worked for many years at Pennaco Hosiery and was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. Mrs. Jones was a cat lover and enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Aven and Paul Jones.
Survivors include her husband of 72 years, Raymond Jones; one daughter, Debra Jones Bills(Keith) of Grenada; one son, Raymond David Jones(Susan) of Madison; two grandsons, Michael Jones and Robert Bills; and two great-grandsons, Hayden and Caleb Jones.
