All over Heaven they heard our Father God saying, “Welcome home, Francis Kelly Flautt.”
Kelly was born January 4, 1963, at the old hospital in Clarksdale to his loving parents Jack Flautt, Sr. and Martha Kelly Flautt of Swan Lake.
Kelly passed away on Dec. 19, 2023, at the age of 60, suddenly from a massive heart attack.
A private family burial for Kelly was held at Woodlawn Cemetery in Sumner on March 8. Pastor Lewis Morris of Ingleside U.M.C. in Baton Rouge, La. officiated at Kelly’s burial service. The family requests memorials be sent to: Duvall Homes, Inc. 827 S. Spring Garden Avenue, Deland, FL 32720.
