Willie B. Carter, 84, passed away at her residence in Pearl on July 3, 2019.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 5 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and again from 10:00 am until service time at 11 a.m. on Saturday, all at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Graveside services will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl.
